Profits for Non-Profits is a signature program of the Harry Singer Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit.  Its purpose is to provide a unique opportunity to help donors convert donated real estate property and other non-liquid assets, into cash that can benefit their preferred charities.

In most situations, making a real estate donation is mutually beneficial to both the donor and the recipient charity.   This is especially true when the property under consideration is in market-ready condition, has been owned for more than 10 years and has accumulated sizeable equity.
